On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, the latest leak in the Biden classified documents scandal shows that rather than going in and searching Biden’s homes, the FBI decided against it. How do we know if Biden is properly handling classified documents now as President? We don’t know if Biden’s lawyers have any clearance to do searches for the FBI. The heart of the matter is much bigger than these classified documents – President Biden is a crook with multiple mansions and sports cars on a career politicians salary, and nobody is investigating how or why. There should have been a special counsel over a year ago to investigate the Biden crime family, but Merrick Garland is the AG to protect Biden. Also, The New York Times has a history of lying about Marxism, covering up for Stalin, Hitler and Castro and their atrocities. It’s no surprise why the NY Times are the favorite news outlet for far left Democrats. The NYTimes has played a central role in undermining liberty and trust. Later, if government can dictate things with respect to your home and climate, there are no limits to its power. COVID was the first round in seeing how far government will go in destroying your civil liberties and your privacy, and now they’re going to do it again in the name of climate change. On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, we celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. Day to recognize a great civil rights leader, and what made him so great was his idea that everyone should be treated as human individuals regardless of race. Critical Race Theory rejects the views of MLK and so do so many Democrats who push CRT. It is important to remember that the racism today camouflaged as something positive is still racism. Also, the new lie being pushed by Democrat mouthpieces like Jake Tapper is that Mar-a-Lago was much worse than Biden’s situation when in reality it’s the complete opposite. What President Biden has done is far worse as a matter of constitutional law than anything Trump did, and the documents in Mar-a-Lago were secure while Biden was surprised to find out he had classified documents. We know for a fact that President Obama did not turn over all classified documents to the National Archives, and that the National Archives lied about securing all Obama administration documents, because Biden’s classified documents were from the Obama administration. There is not enough talk about the failures of the FBI and DOJ and how they sat on the story for months, keeping it a secret during the Midterm election. This week on the Mark Levin Show, classified documents from Joe Biden during his vice presidency were found at the Penn Biden Center in Washington D.C. The FBI is involved with the inquiry, with 10 classified documents from Biden’s VP office at the center of the investigation. The presidential records acts requires all documents to be turned over to National Archives to keep information secure, which Biden clearly did not, but he won’t be raided and attacked like President Trump. There is no way in hell that presidents haven’t taken documents with them; Obama, Bush, Gore, Cheney all probably kept documents too. U.S intelligence memos and briefing materials related to Ukraine, Iran, and UK were found in Biden’s office, and the democrat media mouthpieces have already received their talking points from the White House to cover it up. This is a battle between liberty and tyranny, and the democrats and their media mouthpieces have made it clear in their treatment of Biden that they support tyranny. AG Merrick Garland hasn’t had a press event about this yet, and has covered it up since before the midterm elections and beyond. Biden has had these documents since between 2013 and 2016, documents he took while he was vice president, and this information has not been reviewed by a special council or independent authority. China is consuming Hong Kong and Taiwan while setting up military bases within striking distance of America. On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, the timeline of the President Biden classified document scandal is absolutely shocking. This was a coverup for over 60 days until a leak to NBC news, and with no FBI search or search warrant for Biden and especially no SWAT team raid. They don’t give President Trump the benefit of the doubt so why should we for Biden and his lawyers saying they’ve returned everything? What Biden has done is outrageous, a threat to our national security and far worse. Also, the Democrat party is effectively partnering with the Mexican drug cartels because Biden and his administration could care less about the wide-open southern border. Biden has no intention of securing the border and by leaving it open to smuggling illegal aliens, he’s the cartel’s best business partner. Later, the fear campaign going on now by Democrats and the media about the U.S. facing default over the spending bill is built on a lie. The current year spending is already paid for from last year’s budget, so there can’t be a default. Now Mitch McConnell will argue that we need to prevent a default, even though he is responsible for the trillion dollar Omnibus spending bill. Finally, the Democrat green energy bill is destroying the environment, and we can see it with the amount of beached whales washing up on shores near offshore windmills like in Atlantic City, NJ. On Thursday’s Mark Levin Show, President Donald Trump joins Mark to talk about the soft treatment President Biden is getting for committing actual crimes and mishandling classified documents. The people are seeing how obvious the weaponization of the Department of Justice is now and how law enforcement is doing everything they can to protect Biden while they did everything, they could to attack Trump. Also, a special council has finally been appointed to investigate Biden’s classified documents after a third document dump, and there is already an effort by the press pushing a narrative that compares it to Trump’s Mar-A-Lago raid. Trump was doing everything but obstructing justice – he offered FBI access, were negotiating and did not hear from FBI or DOJ for months until a SWAT team showed up while he was out of town – a grotesque act by Merrick Garland and Chris Wray. There has been no SWAT team, no warrant, and no affidavit that we know of for Biden, and the secret service won’t even release who has visited his house in Wilmington, DE. Garland knew about Biden’s classified documents in his garage at the time he appointed a special council for Trump. The espionage act was never meant to be applied to the President because he has plenary power to declassify, but the Vice President does not have that power because they are not head of the executive branch.
