On Friday's Mark Levin Show, if U.S fighter jets accompany Speaker Pelosi's plane into Taiwan the Chinese Army has threatened to assassinate the Speaker of the US House of Representatives. China is guaranteeing war with the U.S in the future. They see our weak leadership and the weakening of the U.S military by woke ideology and they are exploiting it. It is time to crush this regime economically by arming their neighbors and severing all ties to trade with China immediately. Later, Democrats are now arguing that state legislatures do not have authority over the time, place, or manner of elections as outlined in Article II of the US Constitution. Yet, in states like Pennsylvania, it was found that the state Supreme Court has violated the state constitution by creating (changing) state election laws for drop boxes and ballot dates without going through the state legislature. On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, the country is now in a recession and stagflation is soon to follow. President Biden will blame big oil and big meat for shortages, not his business-stifling policies. While the White House will say that we're not in a recession, what we are in is defined as a recession by every other economist not working in the Administration. Then, former federal prosecutor and acting Pentagon Chief of Staff Kash Patel joins the show to explain that he was in the January 4th meeting with then-President Trump, White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, Gen. Mark Millie, and Sec. Chris Miller to authorize the use of the National Guard if Mayor Bowser and Nancy Pelosi requested them. Under the Posse Comitatus Act, it is illegal for the President to deploy U.S troops inside the country. It could be seen as a coup if any President unilaterally used the military on U.S soil for law enforcement functions. Afterward, Congress is on a fishing expedition to conjure up a seditious conspiracy charge for former President Trump. Liz Cheney knows the difference between "deployment" and the "authorization" of the National Guard for States to use in their time of need, yet she asked Sec. Miller if President Trump had "deployed" troops on January 6th knowing full well such a domestic deployment would be unconstitutional; this effectively makes the case to exonerate Trump. Later, China's President Xi Jinping threatened Biden saying he hopes the U.S knows that those playing with fire can get burned. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, what would Americans think if FDR used the IRS to attack political enemies or if JFK used the FBI to spy on Martin Luther King Jr.? What about LBJ using federal law enforcement to spy on the campaign headquarters of Barry Goldwater? These Democrats did that and much worse when they were in power. Then, Democrats take loyalty seriously and there are next to no examples of Democrat Attorneys General turning on their former bosses. However, when it comes to Republicans, they are happy to turn on the president they served under. Later, Nancy Pelosi should be urged to visit Taiwan especially since China is threatening to take action if Pelosi travels to the island. Biden has acquiesced and said she should stay home, and Gen. Milley has indicated that the U.S will mobilize military assets near the region. Pelosi would be the highest-ranking US politician to visit the nation. Later, as predicted by this program the Justice Department is criminally investigating former President Donald Trump. They moved from politicization to criminalization. Yet committee members like Eric Swalwell, who slept with a Chinese spy, suggest Trump be treated like a criminal. Separation of powers is vital to the future of this republic. A 22-year-old Good Samaritan with a handgun stopped a mass shooting at an Indiana mall. It is yet another example of a good guy with a gun stopping a bad guy with a gun, compared to new details emerging in the ultimate failure with law enforcement in Uvalde. When it comes to the corrupt January 6th committee, Democrats want everyone they subpoena to submit to their one-sided show trial, yet refuse to release the transcripts of depositions. Donald Trump did not take any illegal advice, he didn't call in the military, and he didn't call in the Dept. of Homeland Security to stop or interfere in the election or transition. Yet the Jan 6th committee continues to fabricate narratives to try and secure an indictment based on the 14th Amendment. What is this national climate emergency all about? President Biden now claims he will legislate on his own because Congress won't give him what he wants. The left will burn down whatever gets in the way of achieving their political will. Biden and the radical Marxists he surrounds himself with are destroying everything they can get their hands on. Hunter Biden has had more than 150 flagged financial transactions and why he is under federal investigation for money laundering and tax evasion. It is known that he has made at least $31 million from Chinese interests. AG Merrick Garland has announced that no prosecutions will be made if they can have a potential impact on a political campaign - the exact opposite of what they are doing to Donald Trump.  The January 6th Committee intends to embarrass Republicans including former President Trump in their primetime hearing. AG Merrick Garland says that the DOJ conducts their investigations in private and the investigation into Trump via the sham January 6th Committee, which he claims is the most important investigation in US history and portends to set the stage for an indictment of Trump. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, WMAL Radio Host Larry OConnor fills in for Mark. Irrespective of your opinion of Steve Bannon, it's a travesty that he was maligned and found guilty of contempt of Congress. This is bigger than any one person, as this is an affront on equal justice under the law and an attack on Americanism more broadly. Can anyone say with a straight face that Bannon faced a fair trial in Washington? Then, the battle to legislate contraception rages on as Democrats move to play politics following the Roe decision. Democrats pretend there is a massive push by states to ban birth control and need to codify it federally, but there is not. Later, coming out of the pandemic, many have realized that it wasn't the virus that stopped our children's education or their employment. It was their local, state, and federal governments that made those bad choices.
