Mark Uyeyama is the former Director of Competition Development for the Minnesota Vikings. Prior to this role, he was the head strength and conditioning coach for the Vikings, and previously served as the head strength and conditioning coach for the San Francisco 49ers for nine seasons. With over 13 years of experience working with professional football players, Mark has worked in every aspect of strength and conditioning coaching. He has been able to successfully go from unpaid intern, to the highest levels of athletic performance coaching in the NFL.
