All right. So my name's Kimberly Olson, also known as The Goal Digger Girl, and for this episode, we're going to talk about the five biggest mistakes that you're gonna want to avoid for 2021. So I've been an entrepreneur, a serial entrepreneur for over 20 years. I've been a full-time entrepreneur for three years, almost four years. And in that time I have learned a lot and I've made so many mistakes. And this last year we more than quadrupled our income, and so we broke a million dollars this year. And so we've learned so much through this process. So I wanted to save you the heartache of all of the struggles and trials and tribulations. Of course we can't avoid all of them, but I want to give you some starting points for some things that I want to make sure you avoid this year and that way you can have your best year yet.

Okay. So if you're excited about 2021, depending on when you're watching this, comment below and let me know you're jazzed and pumped to make this your best year yet. So tip number one is the biggest mistake I see it. It's not tip number one, it's mistake number one, but let me give you a tip around it. The biggest mistake I see, number one, is there's no vision. Don't make the mistake of not stopping before you start. Before the year starts, or maybe you're watching this at the beginning of the year, before it really gets underway. You're going to want to take that time to think about what you want. You're going to want to take that time, to create that vision board, to put that business plan together, to get out your Goal Digger Planner, which I hope that you have, and just sit there and map it out, right?

Like, okay, what does each month look like? What are the things that you need to grow, and learn, and accomplish in order to reach your goals? A confused mind does nothing. If you don't have a clear plan, you're going to end up right where you were a year ago and that's not good for anyone. So the first thing I want you to do, is I want you to get really clear on what you want. I want you to be specific. I want you to talk about why, how does that make you feel? I have so many resources on how to put your vision board together and your plan. Check my other videos for more details. Number two is the second big mistake I see, is a lack of belief. So it's one thing to say, you want to be a six figure earner, and it's another to truly believe you can make it happen.

You could do all the right things on paper, but if you don't believe it, and you don't do that daily mindset work to remind yourself of who you are, that you can accomplish anything, that you are creating it, that you're joyfully expecting it to come into your life. You're telling yourself a new story.
