"There's two really traumatic points of time that you can hurt yourself in. One is at the top of the market and one's at the bottom of the market. The last thing you want to do is get worried and sell at the bottom, and the other’s true right now, stock prices are near all-time highs, and if you look at a certain stock or a trend - cryptocurrency for example, it might be something that you expect is going to continue to go up forever and you invest at the peak of the market and you are concentrated in the wrong thing. Both can be very bad for your retirement plan. So just be disciplined and not look too closely, and really be diligent about how you're saving and not letting your emotions get the best of you when you're investing."
