A federal ban on sports betting was removed in 2018, and there’s been a sprint to market, with states eager to get in on the gaming business and a steady trickle of new states opening their doors to gambling operators such as Caesars and MGM. Some 112 million Americans can now legally wager on sports using their phones.US sports leagues now embrace sports wagering as a way to connect with fans, especially young ones. New business partnerships are announced weekly, and teams and leagues are exploring ways to tailor game-day experiences for bettors.Jeffrey G.
