COURSE SUCCESS GUARANTEE POLICY – OPTIONAL

Students MUST send an email to Electrical Code Academy, Inc. within 48 hours of Fast Trax™ Program Purchase stating they would like to enroll in the 60-Day or 90-Day Study Plan Guarantee. The student MUST choose either the 60-Day or 90-Day Study Plan.

Students MUST complete 100% of all Unit Material, including all competency reviews, practice exams, and final exams in the program by the end of the 60-Day or 90-Day Study Plan. The Student MUST maintain an 85% average on all unit’s competency reviews, practice exams, and final exams.

Students MUST schedule and take their NEC based electrical exam within 10 days of completion of 100% of the Fast Trax™ Course material, including all competency reviews, practice exams, and final exams. If the student fails, the NEC based electrical exam they must send the failed report within 3 days via email.

Students MUST re-take the originally selected 60- Day or 90-Day Study Plan, satisfy all the rules demanded in the original guarantee period, including scheduling and taking the NEC Based exam within 10 days of the second attempt in the Fast Trax™ Course. If the student fails on the second attempt send the failed report within 3 days via email and request for a refund to info@masterthenec.com
