The worst case scenario has come true for Portugal as they have been drawn into the same World Cup playoff path as Italy. Which means the two European giants could meet in Portugal -- with the winner advancing to Qatar for 2022 FIFA World Cup. Of course, Portugal can't overlook Turkey... neither can Italy overlook North Macedonia.
