I Was Addicted To Lucid Dreaming

I used to be pretty addicted to lucid dreaming.

I was Trying every night, having an obsession during the day, and spending hours reading and learning Various techniques, methods, ideas about lucid dreaming.

I don’t think we should be lucid dreaming every single night.

During my years of experience, Some dreams felt like weeks, were very emotional, affected me in waking life and more.

Some felt like scary, trap, other peoples dreams.

I think Balance is key, and Awareness and detachment helps.
