Secret Service Agent on How to KICK ASS, Get TOUGHER & Get Back up When You’re Down

The CDC reports that 60% of women do not have a regular form of exercise, and yet multiple studies and science points toward the benefits of exercise for improving women’s health. Maybe you don’t feel like you have time for an exercise routine. Possibly the thought of going to the gym is making you want to click on another video right now, but before you do, know that getting healthier, stronger and more unstoppable doesn’t have to look the way you may be imagining.

Evy and Lisa are sharing practical strategies we can all put into effect starting today. Listening to your body is the biggest takeaway from this episode. As these ladies discuss workout routines, body movement, relaxation and how to eat, it all comes down to knowing your body and listening to yourself about what is best for you.
