Mark talks to us about his enduring love for Blackadder, the rewarding interactions with fellow fans from all over the world and the endless fun that comes from applying Blackadder quotes to real-life situations.

And who better as a scene stealer than a man who can “give multiple orgasms to the furniture just by sitting on it”: Squadron Commander, the Lord Flashheart, played by the much-missed Rik Mayall. We compare the WWI fighter ace with his cross-dressing ancestor from Blackadder II, identify possible signs of narcissism and discuss why Rowan Atkinson deems this the performance of Rik’s career.
