What's love got to do with intuition? Intuition is one way that we can connect to love and guidance from our Highest Self: God, Spirit or a Higher Power at work in our lives, influencing us and, in many cases, creating miracles in our lives through divine intervention and divine guidance.

I don't know about YOU, but I have issues. Sometimes I default away from self-love, into negative self-talk, guilt, fear, procrastination, perfectionism, and just a general struggle to be present in the present moment. I found true peace at 16, in my first yoga class. My body finally found serenity and I felt at home and connected to love.

I'm interviewing Stacey about the many ways we can connect with ourselves and our intuition in prayer, yoga, and quiet moments in nature. Discover ways to connect with YOUR insight.
