EP #54 – TOM ACTON | Taking Risks to Discover New Paths

Tom Acton, 36, is a film director, producer, and entrepreneur. At 25, he founded his own production company, New Path Influence, after jumping from psychology to filmmaking.

With more than eleven years in the filmmaking industry, Tom has won several awards, such as Best Director and Best corporate Production from the Alberta Media Production Industries Association.

On this episode, Tom discusses the importance of taking risks in one's twenties, overcoming failures, and embracing creativity.

Also, Tom shared with us some updates about his newest documentary film, 'Close the Divide,' which premiered at the Calgary International Film Festival.

On this documentary film, Tom bridges the gap on climate change by uniting diverse perspectives to addressing complex, heated issues.
