In this podcast I spoke to Petra Bakker who is a Talent Coach about what the TalentScan can do for you and your career.

I have recently spoken to a lot of ambitious working moms who are feeling trapped in their job.

They feel like they have changed since they had kids and they don’t want to go back to the job they had before having kids but what can they do instead? They have no clue!

For these women the TalentScan can come in super handy because it’s so important to get to know yourself on a deeper level when looking for a new job. It’s vital to know what you're really good at, what gives & drains your energy and what your pitfalls are so that you can make the right decisions regarding your career and personal life.

Petra spoke about her experience with the TalentScan and how she started to have so much more energy and feel so much more fulfilled in her career once she decided to only do work that gives her energy and follow her purpose and passion in life.

After having a burnout Petra decided to do the TalentScan. The TalentScan revealed to her that starting her own company would be a perfect fit for her.

Now that she’s started her own business and is doing what she loves her friends see a noticeable change in her. She’s now glowing, she’s happy and she has a lot more energy than she had in the past.
