Hector Ó hEochagáin : Ní neart go cur le chéile

Hector Ó hEochagáin : Ní neart go cur le chéile

TV presenter and podcaster Hector Ó hEochagáin is my guest this week.Navan born and bred, Hector has been living in Galway for the past 26 years. He’s married to Dympna and they have two teenage sons, Rian and Shane. He’s been creating and presenting TV and radio shows for over 20 years and he’s filmed in over 60 countries worldwide so far, with many more on the horizon. In this conversation he talks about fatherhood, the pride he feels working for TG4, his brilliant podcast with friends Tommy Tiernan and Laurita Blewitt; why manners, laughter and passion are important in life and for the week that’s in it, we also talk about Christmas traditions. It’s an uplifting chat that serves up a generous dose of nostalgia and gives much needed perspective at times too. A massive thanks to each and every one of you who listened, followed, left a comment and send me messages this year; I’ve been really touched by the feedback and I hope you’ll continue to tune in and support 'Ready to be Real" next year. I’ll be back with another episode early in January so until then, go easy and stay safe.Nollaig Shona agus athbhliain faoi shéain agus faoi mhaoise dhaoibh ar fad. This episode was brought to you in partnership with with @drcoys who offer tasty nutritional chocolate and a range of free-from cooking ingredients. And to celebrate our partnership they’re offering 25% off their entire range of nutritional products.Simply go to their website, https://www.drcoys.ie/ and use the code Sile25
