Menopause Part 1 : Perimenopause, natural menopause and the impact of stress

This is a conversation I’ve wanted to record for ages and I’m so glad it finally happened.I sat down with Menopause coach Catherine O’Keeffe, who goes by the name WellnessWarrior.ie and we spoke about so much that I’ve decided to split the conversation in two, to allow you to absorb the information as it’s such a complicated and sensitive topic and the experience of menopause is so different for every woman.Originally from Kilkenny, Catherine lives in Dublin with her husband Tom, their three boys and their dog Joy!
