The third and final step in #Satisfull Nutrition: Weight-Loss Without Self-Sabotage is to help you create a slight calorie deficit throughout the day using simple nutritional applications. Different strategies I talk about are 80/20 and the 2x2 rule. This last step is only for clients who have gone through Steps 1 & 2 first, otherwise this process can become more frustrating and set you back even further.
