Dennis Volpe (https://dennis-volpe.com) is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the Leadership Research Institute specializing in Performance, Personal Leadership and Transition Coaching. He helps others make more informed decisions about the work they do and the life they lead so they are more focused, fulfilled, and resilient. Dennis is no stranger to leadership as he spent more than twenty years as a Naval Officer in the United States Navy. We talk about his time in the Navy and he shares a personal story that happened while in command during the 2014 Sochi Olympics.

Dennis is an international best-selling author, his book Transition on Purpose (www.transitiononpurpose.com) provides a personal story of transition illustrating success, failure, and personal resilience. It will teach you how to have a Transition on Purpose Mindset emphasizing self-awareness, exploration, and action to live your best life.
