Imposter Syndrome! What Does It Look Like?

This week we discuss Imposter Syndrome - that creeping feeling inside that whispers you’re not good enough... even when you’re beyond qualified. Various surveys from the 1970’s to the 2020’s suggest that between 30% and 70% of us experience imposter syndrome at some point in our lives, depending on our context and identity, and we know it's something many of you can relate to.

So join as as we explore:

• The kinds of behaviours that spring from Imposter Syndrome
• The need to find resilience in adversity
• Competition and comparison
• Self worth
• And shifting to a culture of gratitude and service

Conscious Creative Leadership is a series of informal conversations about leadership in the 21st century, between close friends, trauma therapist Darren Abrahams and Leadership Mentor Nadine Benjamin MBE. ABOUT US

We have been friends and collaborators for over a decade. We met as singers, trained together as High Performance Coaches and have been cheerleaders, supporters and truth tellers for each other as we create our own initiatives and projects. In 2021 we came together creatively for the first time to write and produce a new opera, BEAM, a story of one woman’s healing journey from trauma to leadership.
