This week, my guest is spiritual healing coach Dana.

Dana is a fountain of knowledge on all things spiritual healing, and coaches people on connecting themselves with what’s going on in the universe and in understand our own connection with every little thing, particularly in terms with the energy we’re emitting and whether we’re living on a high or low vibration, as well as focusing on the connection within ourselves.

We discuss the different types of therapies there are available, and how spiritual healing can really complement traditional routes such as counselling. Providing you with the tools you need to put the work in at home.

We talk about journalling, intuitive healing, dance therapy, breath work, and how our loved ones really live on within us and the way we manifest our lives.

This is the first time I’d ever had a truly in depth discussion about this, and it was so interesting for me to hear about the day-to-day things we can incorporate into our lives to allow ourselves room to heal and grow.

I hope you enjoy the episode!
