Instrument Petting Zoo With The Florida Orchestra

Cost: Free; ages 5 and up

Ever wonder what it is like to play a violin? A cello? How about a gong?! As part of our programming for "Imperfect Harmony: Man, Machine, and Music at the Tampa Bay Hotel," we invite you to join us in the Plant Hall Music Room for an Instrument Petting Zoo with The Florida Orchestra! There will be 15-20 minute presentations at 12 pm and 1 pm demonstrating various instruments from The Florida Orchestra staff and volunteers. Children and visitors can examine, experience, and play the instruments with Florida Orchestra staff and volunteers on hand to help.

Enjoy LIVE music and cultural entertainment and the best Cuban Sandwiches in the world; featuring contestants and chefs from all over the world competing for the grand prize: a golden ticket to compete in the World Food Championships! We will be attempting to make a 350 Ft. Cuban Sandwich!
