We all lead busy lifestyles, so it's often difficult to carve out some time for yourself to nourish your spirit and do important work on yourself. With this in mind, Caterina has done a quick 10-minute morning meditation that will get your day off to the best start possible. Remember: meditating doesn't have to be long to be effective!
