Dad of Diabetics with Kelsy Beerman

Welcome to the Drop Dad Podcast, where we talk about all things fatherhood. In this episode, hosts Kevin Peterson and Troy Green are joined by a special guest, Kelsy Beerman, a father of 4 children, 3 of whom have diabetes. Kelsy shares his experiences of raising children with a chronic illness, including the challenges and triumphs that come with it.

The discussion then turns to the story of how Kelsy and Troy met. Followed by, the time they almost got into a fight, but the tension was resolved over a bowl of macaroni and cheese. Kelsy and Troy share their version of the story, which provides some hilarious and heartwarming insights into the dynamics of male friendship.

As fathers, Kevin, Troy, and Kelsy understand the importance of being there for their children and supporting them through all of life's ups and downs. They discuss the role that fatherhood has played in their lives and how it has changed them as individuals.
