On this second episode of the show, I interview Andreas Resch - co-owner and coach of Matrix Jiu Jitsu out of Kaiserslautern, Germany. Andreas is a BJJ brown belt under Matrix head coach Rene Becker.

On this episode, we discuss why Andreas started training and how he began his journey as a full time martial artist. We discuss the psychological impacts of training and how it helps a person bounce out of bad mental states.
