Jim Karrh

Jim Karrh, PhD, helps business leaders and organizations to lead more effective customer conversations--which in turn means stronger customer connections and more growth. He has received national and international awards as a consumer researcher, university professor, corporate chief marketing officer, and now as a consultant and speaker. Jim earned his doctorate at the University of Florida and MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. He is also host of the Manage Your Message Podcast.
