Lelan is a man who has worn several hats from Lead Promotor of Unbound to his current position of director at Visit Emporia. Through the years of his various positions, one thing is for sure, he helps make the "Superbowl of Gravel Events," possible.

He starts off introducing a ride concept that has been years (literally 10 years of dreaming) in the making, a route that traverses the great plains region from North Dakota to Texas. Lelan gives us some insights on a few "must attend" events during Unbound week including BIKE CHARIOT RACES?!? We then have a down to earth chat about the Gravel Cycling Hall of Fame, and he does an incredible job describing each of the extremely deserving recipients in the inaugural class.
