Once you get into the flow of living a healthier lifestyle, it becomes easier, it becomes a habit. In the next couple of days we're going to give you tools to make it even easier. Just you wait! But for now, it's all about your fridge and pantry! Yep. It's time to be ruthless, to clean out the not so nice stuff and re-stock it with amazing, delightful food that is going to make your life so much better! When you have good food in the fridge and pantry... that's what you're going to reach for. When you have not so good stuff, well, the opposite can happen. This module is going to set you up for SUCCESS! MODULE TWO: HOW TO DO AN EPIC FRIDGE-PANTRY CLEAN OUT 2 reasons why we suggest you get rid of the foods that are crap-filled and nasty. One: they're not good for you. Plain and simple. Two: clutter sucks. It sucks for your brain and it's a total time waster, you'll forever be looking for the vanilla/turmeric/coconut milk/etc! If you feel like you're wasting food and money, we hear ya! But ask yourself this: how important is your health? Very, right? And there's no price tag for your health. For canned goods you no longer need, your local charity will take them off your hands. Here's 7 steps to complete an EPIC fridge-pantry clean out. Step oneGet two boxes/bags ready. One for the bin. One for items to give away. Step twoShelf by shelf, or drawer by drawer, take everything out and place it on your bench. Step threeCheck the ingredients on the back of your products, not the nutritional panel but ingredient list! Keep it simple, throw away the junk, processed and packaged 'food like' products that are full of nasties. Check very carefully! Some things to keep an eye out for: preservatives thickeners agents wheat gluten sugar colours vegetable oils any numbers If you see any these ingredients, it's not good enough for you (because you deserve the best!). Step fourBin it or give it or keep it! Step fiveBefore you pop everything back in the fridge or pantry, give the shelves a wipe and think about the most logical place for the ingredients! Step sixPlace everything back into its new spot. Step seven Stock your pantry and fridge with merry necessities! There's a basic shopping list to download below! YOUR ACTION STEP: Literally... cut the crap. Get stuck into your pantry and fridge! Download our guide we sent in your email, follow the steps and get rid of the foods that aren't gonna be part of your perfect diet. Always merrymaking, Emma + Carla Did you miss Module 1?
