85: Social Media Is Not Socialising | Live Interview With Marcus Pearce

This week we chat to the epic man Marcus Pearce. It was a heap of fun. Marcus is such a lovely dude we have a lot of love for this man! This is the stuff we talk about: Setting goals and why so many of us fail How to get re-motivated Human connection, self-connection Social media taking over human connection Importance of physical touch How good exercise is The relationship between lack of exercise and dementia (YES, dementia!) AND MORE! Merrymaker mantra of the week: Social media is not socialising. How much time are you spending on social media? Is it replacing in real life (IRL) connection? For us... yes it was. So we love that this topic came up and we love this mantra Marcus shared with us. Don't get us wrong we LOVE (love love love) social media! It's bloody amazing BUT we started to use it way too much and it does have a way of getting in the way of REAL life human connection. So if you're feeling a bit off with your relationships... where are you putting your focus? The real life people or the people on your social media?
