Tiny Giant Losses - Babyloss Interview w/ Trauma Therapist Persephone Maywald

In this week's episode of Tiny Giant Losses, we share a laughter yoga exercise, continue to discuss The Six Steps of Healing, review the short film "The House I Keep" (about a woman's emotional and psychological healing after miscarriage), interview trauma therapist Persephone Maywald about healing through difficult emotions after babyloss, and speak some of our Patrons' lost babies names aloud. Persephone Maywald is a psychologist and therapist with a world-wide online practice. She specializes in healing trauma, PTSD, and the difficult emotions that result. As a long-time meditator, she also brings the healing resources of mindfulness to her work. She has personally experienced pregnancy loss.
