Episode 105 | Annica Fischer - Let go and let life unfold.

In the next four weeks Jenny will host Annica Fischer and have candid conversations on letting go of control and trusting God's plan in our lives, creating meaningful impact in our businesses and how to avoid burnout and being overwhelmed.

Annica has spent more than a decade in leadership development, coaching, and consulting. She's trained thousands of leaders, physicians, and teams on everything needed to build value for themselves and others. Her belief that what you see on the outside (what you "experience") is the byproduct of "inside" work in any area of your life. She currently writes, coaches, and hosts a podcast, The Tried and Truth Podcast, that serves as a platform to equip others to lead and thrive (at home and at work) through simple truths, real conversations, mentorship, and inspiring stories.

In this episode Jenny and Annica share life impacting moments where they had to let go of their expectations and ideas of how life should play out and take the leap of faith into the unknown, listening to the little tugging voices in their hearts and how they have gone on to create change. They also talk about having a limitless mindset and how to embrace the unplanned radical changes that may occur in our lives.
