How To Live A Life Of Fulfillment Instead Of Regret | Rob Murgatroyd

In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, we have Rob Murgatroyd, who shares insights about the importance of doing the things you love and enjoy, the power of meditation, and how to live a fulfilled and happy life with no regret!

Rob is a father, husband, coach, mastermind host, creator of Work Hard Play Hard, a show which he was featured as top 200 iTunes Podcaster, and highly regarded as the ultimate authority on "regret management". He was also a Chiropractor for 20 years, but later realized it was not his calling anymore.

This man is unbelievably structured and very organized. Rob always tries to control the physical environment to control the mental environment. His daily routine creates his freedom as he gets everything done, and his priorities are met really matters to him. He always sets himself up for the most productive and successful outputs.

Likewise, Rob believes that a person is only happy and fulfilled if you do the things that make you excite, inspire, and energize. And if ever challenges come up, you don’t really care because it’s your passion and you love what you are doing!
