Likewise, he invests and grows over 50 companies where he works with C-level teams and speaks on stages around the world. He has been featured in fancy magazines like Inc. This amazing man shifted himself from a default doesn’t matter culture to a really intentional and inspired no matter what culture. When Sterling hit the bottom part of his life, he started to realize he did something wrong. Thus, he gives himself a space to step back and starts picking up himself and building up again. He found the framework on how to go through whatever it is that he’s facing. He chose to hunt and go through the discomfort to see the momentum.
