Today I'm joined on the A Better HR Business podcast by Michelle Minnikin, CEO of Work Pirates and author of 'Good Girl Deprogramming', to explore psychology, workplace culture, and breaking free from societal conditioning.

Michelle's journey toward Good Girl Deprogramming began with her ADHD diagnosis in December 2020, a revelation that brought clarity and understanding to her life. Embracing this newfound self-awareness, Michelle explored her own conditioning and examined how societal norms had shaped her identity.

Work Pirates is a People Development Consultancy that provides coaching, mentoring, facilitation, training, process, and program creation.
