#83 Healing In Action: Applying Relationship Skills

In this episode, we dive into the importance of applying healthy relationship skills in the journey of healing from infidelity and betrayal. We explore key strategies for improving communication, learning and practicing new skills, and how these tools can transform your relationship over time. Whether you’re in the early stages of recovery or looking to strengthen your relationship, the process of healing requires intentional action and consistent effort. We also introduce two powerful resources designed to support couples in their healing journey: the Healing Hearts Couples Coaching Group which will be starting on January 26, 2025 and our upcoming Couple’s Intensive that will be held in Arizona March 26-29, 2025. These resources provide the structure, guidance, and community support needed to put these healing tools into practice. You can register today by clicking on the links above. If you have questions about whether either or both of these options are a good fit for you, feel free to reach out to us at info.choosingtostay@gmail.com.
