At The End Of The Day, The Work Still Gets Done (Making Self Care A Priority)

At The End Of The Day, The Work Still Gets Done (Making Self Care A Priority)

In this week's episode, we've decided to talk about our self care journeys and struggles, before and while we are in college. We feel that we all need to start taking better care of ourselves in order to participate fully in our everyday lives. We also recognize that with school, some moments are tougher than others, and that so often taking care of ourselves ends up taking the back seat. However, we think if we work together, we can be of better help to each other. Feel free to leave us comments, we would love to know what you think and how you each practice self care, especially when life gets in the way. Feel free to also reach out to us on our favorite social media platform, you guessed it, TWITTER! Siye : @_siye_ Nipho : @Khumalonipho Kai : @kai_zzer_XCVI
