Joe Neal tells Exit 425 that Clarington Council needs to become more effective and he is the mayoral candidate that can make that happen!

Joe Neal knows Wards 1 and 2 pretty well. He has been representing Exit 425 and more since 2010 in the capacity of Local Councillor and Regional Councillor, where, since 2014 he has been representing both Wards to council and to the Regional Council. Joe has actively defended and promoted the interests of Clarington and especially Wards 1 and 2 in matters of the Exit 425 interchange, the Go Train, the Anaerobic Digester, our Courtice Waterfront, and more. He claims to have the experience and ability to bring a renewed level effectiveness to council that seems to be missing.
