Well one of us has been keeping a secret the last 8 weeks! Tully is pregnant (like every second person right now) and we wanted to have a conversation about the HUGE life changes Mum's and Mum's to-be go through with the most famous doula in Melbourne Vanessa Salerno.

WTF is a doula you are probably asking, we talk about this, if you're picturing someone who only does water births and no pain meds, wrong, and that's why we call Vanessa the modern doula. She's not your average doula, she's a cool doula who empowers you and coaches your through the massive life change that is pregnancy and motherhood. We like to call her a pregnancy therapist because to us that's what she seems to be, she is that calming person you turn to when you have no idea what is going on. A conversation full of tips and tricks for the different stages of pregnancy, deciding whether you want a c-section or natural, breast feeding vs not breast feeding, we talk about it all! Vanessa also has her own podcast coming out in November so make sure you stay tuned.
