Guided Meditation for Healing & Freedom: Connect to Your Higher Self

YouTube episode: https://youtu.be/MGYCMDFjiBE

This meditation will guide you through 3 crucial stages of moving into deeper awareness which will enable you to better sense your connection to your Higher Self. This helps dissolve barriers that keep us stuck in the dimension of time. Through this “shadow work” practice which involves visualisation, you begin to shift your consciousness and connect to the 5th dimension, where greater realities are more easily manifested. This is a powerful practice and may be challenging for some people, but if you keep an open mind and heart, you may sense the divine intelligence within you that can guide you through the process. The 3 steps are:

1. Forgiving others and healing humanity

2. Forgiving yourself and overcoming guilt

3. Dissolving personal history & connecting to your future self

🎧 It’s recommended to use headphones as the music contains binaural beats, specifically the 396hz Solfeggio Frequency, which is known for aiding in overcoming negative blocks, fear, guilt, anxiety, trauma and more.
