The Shift- Our emotional body!

This episode was inspired by the card of the day, my personal card of the day! That card was the five of cups and the five of cups talks about our emotions, sadness, mourning, disappointment, regret, suffering, emotional adjustments our fill of the keywords. I was inspired to talk about our emotional body this is the part of us where we stop all of our trauma, feelings and emotions! And I have been doing a lot of shadow work with a lot of people since this shift hit and I just wanted to touch base on a few points about our emotional body versus our physical body, emotions versus feelings, and our experiences versus thoughts! As you know everything is intertwined our emotional body or physical body our mental body in our spiritual body and I’m going to touch base on how to begin the healing process by figuring out what are emotions feel like inside of our physical body and and not so in-depth exclamation of why we should be exploring that aspect of our emotional body!
