About Mark

In my 30's I was out of shape, unhealthy and unmotivated. Today I'm fitter than ever, compete in competitions covering a wide range of sports and have great fun doing so. However, I don't take any of it too seriously and believe in a balanced lifestyle. My aim is not to be the best, but simply enjoy what I do and try to perform (a little) above average.

Since 2022, making videos and recording podcasts has become my full-time job, and it's amazing to be able to make a living entertaining and motivating others. You don't need to copy me or do what I do…just watch, enjoy, laugh, and get on track to your own success.
