On Monday's Mark Levin Show, lawlessness has now enshrined congress, the state bar associations, and Clarence and Ginni Thomas. We begin with a federal judge named David Carter who claims that it's quite likely that former President Trump committed federal offenses on January 6th, 2021, and attempted to obstruct the counting of the electoral vote. If true, this is not a crime. This judge has not received any information from a grand jury and should have never made this non-factual outrageous statement. All citizens, president and otherwise, have a right to challenge the counting of electoral votes. Americans need to stand up to tyranny on the court and everywhere else. Then, the media operates in a pack mentality like a gang as they exploit in favor of radical leftwing activism. Their attack remains on conservative activist Ginni Thomas, wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. Despite having any evidence of conflicts, the left is echoing calls for Justice Thomas to recuse himself from any cases related to the 2020 election or the Capitol riot. Later, once upon a time, the Hollywood awards shows were a class act, but what Will Smith did was trashy. Chris Rock remarkably held his own and responded like a gentleman. On the Best of Mark Levin, more people are now calling for the assassination of war criminal Vladimir Putin and perhaps one of his countrymen will rise to the challenge. There is still opposition to providing the Ukrainians with MIG-29 fighter jets. Air cover is important because it provides the necessary speed to back up troops on the ground. But, until President Biden does more, the Ukrainians will continue to get slaughtered. Why is the New York Times now admitting that the Hunter Biden laptop is in fact real? For Ketanji Brown-Jackson to claim that she has no judicial philosophy means she's hiding it, but obviously the hard left has endorsed her because of her judicial philosophy. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, a majority of Americans believe that Russia's aggression in Ukraine has a national security implication for the U.S. This slaughter plus Putin’s repeated nuclear threats are even more of a reason to topple Putin. Putin's history of assassinating dissenters and his past with Alexi Navalny seem to be forgotten on the pro-Putin wing of the Democrat and Republican Parties since they're busy attacking NATO. Then, Supreme Court nominee Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson claims that she can't define what a woman is during her senate confirmation hearing. Jackson was pressed on her passivity in sentencing sex offenders (who went on to re-offend) and critical race theory. Later, James O'Keefe joins the show to explain how the federal government spied on Project Veritas by obtaining their emails from Microsoft corporation and then placed a gag order on Microsoft to silence them and keep it secret. It's now been revealed that Uber was also forced to hand over Project Veritas' ride history and it’s unknown how many vendors it approached to violate O'Keefe's first amendment rights. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, Putin distributed a clear-eyed look at his goals to restore the ancient Russian Empire (Rus). Putin believes that Kyiv is the mother of all cities and brings together Lithuania, Bosnia, Latvia, Ukraine, and other former Soviet states that, at the time in the 4th Century, shared a common language and faith. Putin claims that Polandization and Latinization have impacted this culture over the centuries and intimates that this must be reversed. In response, Zelensky has shut down several political parties and newspapers to retaliate against Ukrainians that embrace the Russian language and culture that Putin espouses. Lincoln did similar during the Civil War to keep America whole during the first battle of Bull Run. Then, Zelensky banned antisemitism in Ukraine yet is still blamed for being a neo-Nazi because the Azov Battalion has been hired to fight pro-Russian forces. The Nazi narrative is a propaganda effort from the Kremlin. Later, on the second day of Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s Supreme Court confirmation hearing, she's indicated that she's contained to the text of the Constitution. LGBTQIA+ activists have joined Disney and ESPN's pushback against the bill claiming that teaching small children about gay sex is a ‘human right.' Later, the Putin wing of the Republican and Democrat Parties and the media reject being called pro-Putin despite their support for Putin. These isolationists and pacifists label anyone against Putin's depravity as neo-con. The truth is that if Putin is not stopped this will impact and threaten America. Afterward, Former Mayor of New York City Rudy Giuliani joins the show and explains that isolationism will only put the U.S in a position to be a secondary world power behind Russia which will inevitably partner with China to dominate globally. On the Best of Mark Levin, Sen Lindsey Graham should not be taking heat for calling for the assassination of Vladimir Putin, a man who has unleashed Chechen assassins against the president of Ukraine and attacked their largest nuclear power plant. The more appeasement you show in the face of aggressive military action like Russia, the more brutal and aggressive they will become. Putin is now deciding what can and cannot be used on the battlefield. Specifically, regarding the MIG-29's the Pentagon says Ukraine doesn't need them because they won't be beneficial. Isn't it Ukraine that knows exactly what it needs and decides what's beneficial for their survival? Interestingly, when Trump was president, he was undermined by the Pentagon, by the FBI, and these same characters are covering for Biden's interference in the transfer of older U.S fighter jets to Poland so that Poland could donate MIG-29 jets to Ukraine. Putin is escalating his attack on civilians in Ukraine as he did in Syria and Chechnya. Yet all the media can do is say how terrible it is, but surmise that nothing can be done because Putin will nuke us if we get involved. However, the U.S has taken on the Soviets in many proxy wars in years past. When Russia invaded Afghanistan it paid a high price - 100,000 casualties. Lamentably, there is a fifth column within the conservative movement who supports Putin, who has clearly declared the U.S as an enemy. Some of them claim to be 'America First', yet none of this occurred during Trump's presidency. Putin has always wanted Ukraine and he's admitted to it. Our federal government, State Department, and White House are afraid of a stalemate between Ukraine and Russia because they feel Putin will use nuclear weapons. China has now pledged to financially support Russia in financing their war. So, the Ukrainians will continue suffering because Putin doesn't care if he has to gas them in order to win.
