The democrat's trade here is the SALT deduction in exchange for the vote of Democrat members of Congress, from moderate districts, to vote for President Biden's Build back Better bill. Later, when federal law enforcement becomes weaponized by corrupt individuals in the government to advance their own political agenda, we have a police state. It’s again been revealed with the arrest of Igor Danchenko that all of the Russian collusion materials were fabricated and had no basis in truth. The phony dossier was created by Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign, the Democrat National Committee, their lawyers, and freelance spies Igor Danchenko, Christopher Steele, and Charles Dolan, whom they hired to pull it all together. Lee hopes that the Supreme Court will take up these cases because this is the most egregious mandate since President Truman's seizure of steel mills during the Korean War. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, in a revolt against the American Marxists, patriotic Americans spoke up, became activists, and went to the polls. They won, and we're seeing Republican victories in races all across the country. This program was clear in its call for activism, seven months ago, to identify the American Marxists and stop the siege of their de-growth and critical race theory movements at our local school boards. Then, 55% of Hispanic voters in Virginia voted for Glenn Youngkin, yet the media keeps repeating the Democrats' lies that Republicans are racist White supremacists. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, its election night in Virginia, New Jersey, and New York. The State of Virginia has passed a law requiring absentee votes to be processed faster so a winner should be known by late tonight or tomorrow morning. Former Governor Terry McAuliffe is looking at a lower turnout than the previous gubernatorial election which benefits the larger-than-normal turnout for Glenn Youngkin who needs 57% of the vote to clinch a win tonight. Then, attorney Marc Elias has a reputation for litigating election challenges and successfully suing to change election outcomes and regulations. In March, Elias and his firm were sanctioned for their practices. Interestingly, vote reporting is late coming out of Fairfax County, this is unusual and problematic. Later, educational bureaucrats like Randi Weingarten and the media are lying about critical race theory and are pushing for Terry McAuliffe and Phil Murphy. Some teachers have admitted that students should be taught many theories and critical race theory is among those. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, the crackpot website Mediaite is falsely reporting that this program is promoting conspiracy theories. However, it was Terry McAuliffe that claimed the 2000 and 2016 election were stolen. It was Terry McAuliffe's campaign that just hired attorney Mark Elias who has known ties to a web of dark money donor groups aimed at changing elections through litigation instead of by legislation (which the Constitution calls for). If Elias specializes in election challenges and McAuliffe expects to win, why would he even hire Elias if he wasn't actually planning on using litigation to win the election? It was Democrats led by Hillary Clinton that called the election of Donald Trump in 2016 illegitimate and stolen. Yet, Mediaite re-prints the propaganda produced by Media Matters and other outlets that exist solely to propagandize and slander conservative opposition. Later, why is President Biden even considering a nuclear treaty review? Such a surrender would be a gift to all global enemies of the United States. Afterward, the Biden administration is attempting to compel the Israelis to accept a Palestinian Embassy in Jerusalem. This goes against their sovereignty and the very spirit of the Abraham Accords.
