When the kids come back from DAD'S HOUSE (OR MOMS)
My number 1 advice when trying to coparent with a narcissist. Give your kids time to decompress or a place to express themselves emotionally. #Narcissistic parents tend to stifle your kids and make them repress their emotions so they need a place to safely express themselves when they come back from the toxic parents home. I don't think you love the narcissist anymore!
Before you jump down my throat, vibe with me really quick. Love doesn't hurt. Love doesn't make you question your reality. Love isolate you from your support system or consistently put you through hurt. You know what that is? It isn't love....it's the trauma bond.
