Hey everyone this video discusses our mental health journey, struggles, and strength as Korean Adoptees aiming to help others also be more transparent, open, and honest about their struggles. I do believe what can save lives is admitting the problem and most importantly speaking out about it especially those struggling with suicidal thoughts. I truly believe getting this truth out can serve as a relief to a pressure point, like a valve ready to burst. All in all, suicide and death is permanent. Your life matters and needs to be cherished as you really only got one life to live. There is nothing more important than cherishing your own life.
