#002: Sage Burmeister on the power of breathwork, sobriety, and living a vibrant lifestyle

Sage is a former dual sport Division 1 college athlete. Partway through college his anxiety, depression, and substance abuse forced him to rehab and sparked him on a path of inner healing. You’ll hear him talk about how meditation and breathwork saved his life and how he’s been able to adapt his lifestyle now being over nearly 4 years sober and being diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes.

Sage specializes in holistic health coaching, where he utilizes a combination of breath work meditation, clean eating, and functional fitness to help people live a more vibrant life.

You can drop Sage a DM on Instagram (@sageburmeister) and give him a follow him for practical lifestyle hacks to help you feel better and more vibrant with life.
