Laura has been a powerhouse in recruitment since her first day, 21 years ago, in July 2003, when Laura and Lysha first met.

Starting her career at PFJ on the Rec2Rec desk as a trainee, she quickly established herself as one of the most successful recruiters in the business. She spent a decade living down in London working at a couple of agencies and towards the latter years she set up her own rec2rec agency - Lowthbry, which she ran for a few years before deciding to make a move back up North. After meeting with Lysha to hatch a plan on moving back to Manchester, they then decided to work together and that's when Qui Recruitment London was formed - back in 2015!

Laura's expertise in rec2rec is working with senior professionals, largely across the tech space within London - and has built an incredible reputation in one of the most competitive markets!
