Winter's Medicine, Water Fasting Cleanse, Soul Energetic Reset

In this episode, I chat about Winter's deep medicine it offers. It is such a cleansing energy this time of year and you can really use it to upgrade your divine self expression. I have been going through some dark nights of the soul and I explain what a Water fast is that I would do monthly around the new moons and how you can do it yourself.
