In today's episode, I'm talking to Tara Kemp, PhD. Tara is a mental health coach and researcher. She is the founder of Reconnect Collective, which houses programs and resources that guide women through the inner work to reconnect with food, body, and self. Tara’s work explores and teaches the building blocks of long-term mental well-being to help people live with intention, authenticity, and inner peace. This work includes academic research, transformational retreats, and her signature coaching program Reconnect Academy. In this episode, we cover:

  • How Tara recovered from an eating disorder while eating a vegan diet and how that inspired the work she does now
