After attending Dr Joe Dispenza's 7 day Advanced Workshop Retreat in London, I've had lots of questions about the experience.

This podcast sums up around 10-15% of it. I have to admit, it just scratches the surface of what we all experienced, which was hard to put into words. It was a BIG week, 14 hour days, intense learning and lots of practical meditation and breathwork training.
