Erectile dysfunction (ED) impacts over 30 million men in the United States. Beyond the impact on intimacy, it also is a barometer of a man's overall health. It's not a normal part of aging but rather a sign to dig deeper to address underlying health issues.

When you're on the fertility journey, ED can reduce the frequency of sex, often making it difficult to coincide with the fertile window.

And while medications such as Viagra can help manage the symptoms of ED, it does not address why it's happening in the first place.

While ED doesn't necessarily mean there's a problem with sperm health, the health of the male partner is essential when you are TTC (it's not just about focusing on egg health).
